Hi...when it come to link my bank account I can only link US bank accounts but I live in france and I just have a French bank account...what should I do to solve this problem?
You are using a Monaco paypal account so must add a Monaco address / phone number / cards and bank accounts.
If you have moved you would need to close that account and open one in the country you reside in.
You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
