I am not able to add my bank account. My bank account was earlier added but while confirming or verifying i put wrong numbers in the 2 deposits by mistake as i was unable understand . So after that my bank account is removed.

Takes 4-6 business days for the code to show up on your bank account, guess you didn't wait?

If you entered the wrong code x3 times then you can no longer confirm your bank account that way.
You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership of the bank account as you couldn't manage the code method.

You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again means? I am mailing coustomer service of PayPal but they are always sending same automatic message (if these faq don't answer reply to this mail , then i am replying to that mail but nothing happens)
