I've had my paypal for quite a while and I wish to add my bank account however although my account is from Uruguay, South America. It's asking me to submit bank details for a US bank. How can I add a bank account from my home country? As an alternative I do have a bank account in Canada with TD Bank. How can I go about submitting my details for those banks?
You can't add a bank account in your country, only cards.
The only exception is U.S expats can add their bank accounts to other countries paypal accounts (paypal is a U.S company so they allow their citizens to do this).
