My constituation of Business is proprietorship . Did PayPal business except a saving account on my name for business. Or it required a current account?

It is recommended to add a current/checking account to your PayPal account. Although the system will not prevent you from adding a savings account it may be blocked when you attempt to make a payment or withdraw to this account.
