Hello! I cant link my bank account on PayPal. I tried the amount twice and then blocked me to enter the bank account. How can I fix this?

what is the bank,is it a cyber only bank,is It a member of the FED RESERVE SYSTEM?

It is bank of america. I was sending money to Puerto rico without amy problems. I dont know why Im having problems because the bank was already linked on my account. But they send me an email to "confirm and end the process" and I put the cents twice and then they blocked me. Now I cant try again to link it again.

That may be why, if you have added that code 3 times (in total) then you would need to contact customer services to get it re-set again.
