Hello. I'm Mr. Please. Please help me. I have linked my Visa debit card to paypal. Paypal has deducted my 1.95 usd, and has posted 4 code on my phone number. But I entered the wrong code verification code that paypal sent. And now paypal continues to require me to load 1.95 usd again to verify the bank account. I am very worried do not know how to do? I was calling to paypal headquarters in Singapore but failed because I was not good at english communication with paypal staff here. Please help me and tell me how to be verified account. Thank you
