Bank account transfer denied - "Invalid Bank Account Information"

I recently added my bank account to PayPal and attempted to transfer my balance to it. However, despite having the correct name and account number, all my transfers are being refunded with the reason "Invalid Bank Account Information." When I try to add the bank account again, it simply says "We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later" but I am unable to "try again" no matter how much "later" I wait. How do I add my bank account back?

Is the name on the bank account the exact same name as on your paypal account?

yeah I have the same problem just now and Im sure all the infos are correct so why cant we re-add our bank accounts??

Same issue even changed my name to add in my middle initial and still can’t withdraw my money. Paypal please answer us how to solve this you’ve been holding my money for 2mmonths now!
