Bank account problem

I can't link my bank account.It keep saying we are unable to link that bank it is disabled.My bank name is State bank of India.I am using other international platforms like payoneer by using the same account.Please help.

However paypal does not support payoneer, you can sometimes add it but it won't work properly and paypal advise you against trying.
