Bank account linking - United Arab Emirates

I tried to link my bank account, I have the correct routing number and acct number but still it prompts "Please check your information and try again.".. 

Please help.

Can't link local bank with UAE accounts, US banks only. Link a credit, debit, or prepaid card to pay with or withdraw PayPal funds to if you do not have a US bank account. If you do have a US bank account, contact customer service for assistance to link it:

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
