Bank account link problem?

I'm trying to link my bank account to PayPal. PayPal is supposed to send 2 small deposits to my account and withdraw the sum in one withdrawal, but there was only one deposit made and withdrawn. The account confirmation page won't accept a zero amount for one of the deposits. What do I need to do?

I read that post. But I did not receive 2 deposits. I only got one.

check with your bank, sometimes they get 2 deposits but merge them into one, ask if you can have the 2 before they merged them.
