I'm trying to link my bank account with my current PayPal, but it was tied to one previously created that was forgotten about. I got into that account and closed it, thinking that my bank account would no longer be tied to it, yet when I attempt to link with my current account it tells me that my bank account is tied to the maximum number of PayPal accounts. I have money pending for things that I have shipped out already because I need to be 'verified' by linking my bank account and I can't. Please help!
