Bank account cannot remove due to limit account status

hi anyone can help me i want to transfer my funds on my bank account but keeps on reversing back to my paypal account. and keeps deducting my money. the type of bank account i have is savings, but everytime i add my card it automatically says my bank is checking. Please help me.

i have contacted paypal via facebook but it seems that they cant help me with my problem.
