Hello, I've been having a problem when I can't connect a bank account, nor can I accept the cash in my paypal account. I have applied for a PayPal cash account, but it has been over 3 days since I submitted, and I don't know when they are going to get back. When I try to connect my TD Bank Account, it just says that something went wrong. This "something went wrong" screen also shows when I try to withdraw the money in my paypal to my card. Does anyone know what is happening? I've looked all over and cannot find a solution.
