Bank Is Unauthorised?

I've been using PayPal for over a year, and my bank recently got unauthorized and now my balance is -2.85 I tried to send the money from my bank to my PayPal to fix it, but paypal wont allow me to. I even added my card to paypal but I cant seem to switch the payment over to that instead of the bank. This is a big problem for me, as i cant even make a new paypal because I cant remove the bank from my original all account

When you send money its never instant, paypal credit that person upfront and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer from your bank account.

This is so any items to be sent are not delayed.

However if you have a failed transaction for any reason then paypal often remove the bank account option and only leave you the card options to reduce risk to them of another payment failure.

Ways to clear a negative balance.

1. Transfer funds from your bank account via "add funds" if you choose the faster method it should be done quickly.
2. Get a mate or family member to send you a payment to your paypal via the friends / family option (as long as they don't fund it with a card there is no fee).
3. Via a card over the phone with paypal.
