I logged into paypal and tried to add a new bank card and it says its already on another account. I tried logging in with my other emails and found I did have another Paypal I forgot I made but the cards not on it either. Can I have them remove my card from whatever account its supposedly on? I tried calling support and it said the international number is not a part of my plan
