I am a new user to Paypal and I have been trying to link my Bank account for the past 3 days with no success. The error message is saying that my request cannot be processed and i should try again later.
Any suggestions on what I can do to solve the problem?
You can't add a local bank account in your country. The only exception is you can add a U.S bank account to other countries paypal accounts. This is because Paypal is a U.S company.
Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
