Bank Account adding and linking problem

I've already tried to link my state bank of india account with PayPal, to verify my bank account I received very late, cash which PayPal deposited in my account, after this PayPal disabled my bank account and removed it. Whenever I try to add again the same bank account, I always see this message, error occurred can't proceed your request right now try again later. After PayPal disabled and removed my bank account for incorrectly inserting cash amount which PayPal deposited in my bank account for verification purpose, can I add/link the same bank account, how.... I already tried many times to add again but always shown this error message, can't proceed your request right now try again later. Please help

If you entered the wrong code x3 times then you can no longer confirm your bank account that way.

Takes 4-6 business days for the code to show in your bank account statement in India so I guess you didn't bother to wait?
You would need to wait until the phones are up and running again and then ask customer services to add it for you.
They would probably request that you upload a copy of your bank statement to prove ownership of the bank account as you couldn't manage the code method.

I tried to add my SBI State Bank of India account, I received two small deposits from PayPal which I entered wrongly thrice to confirm or verify, my account was disabled, I try to add again after one week to 3 months but I can't do that, please help me add my SBI State Bank of India account.
