I have had the same bank account linked with PayPal for years. All of a sudden it was removed. I have tried linking it back with the quick way, using the account and routing number, and even using the stupid helper robot thing that they call "customer service". But nothing is working. The robot helper said that my bank isn't compatible but it's chase bank and I have had it linked for a long time on here so it is defiantly compatible. I even called chase to make sure that it wasn't an issue on their end. I have called PayPal multiple times but the robot keeps hanging up. I have tried talking to a person in the PayPal Assistant thing and they responded twice and then disappeared. I am so frustrated that I want to delete my account entirely. Does anyone have any solutions for me?
