In order to receive funds you need to have confirmed you e-mail address. Do you a confirmed e-mail address? If not you need to go into settings and request for the confirmation e-mail to be sent to you.
It may take a few minutes once you have confirmed your e-mail address for the funds to appear in your transaction history, which you would then need to accept. Same is if you have received a currency you do not have enabled, you will need to manually accept this in transaction history/log.
