Hello, I would like to ask you question about my balance on hold.
I sold a online product to a customer via paypall button. it is online product and customer recieved it via autoresponder imidiately. but it is more than 3days and balance is still on hold. what can I do ?

You must mark the transaction as processed and await PayPal to release it or ask the customer to confirm receipt if that option is available for the customer:
Buyer/Sender: To confirm you've received an item:
- Go to Activity.
- Find and click the original payment for the item.
- Click Confirm receipt.
- Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.
Note: Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.
