So I tried to link my account and it failed. Despite having a mobile number linked to my bank account, I still get an error message.
So then I tried to withdraw my PayPal balance by choosing the "Check" option. But that just takes me back to the screen asking me to link my bank account? Is PayPal jacked, or am I missing something?
