I have never linked a credit or debit card, a bank account, et cetera. I could receive money and send money, all through PayPal. I went to check my balance just now in the app, and NO WHERE can I find anything that shows me a balance. I went to check on the website, and I'm having the same issue there. Did PayPal just randomly decide you can ONLY link a bank account and get/send money through that ??? I'm fairly frustrated right now by this, so any advice would help.
