Bad Shipping Number Stopping Payment

So I sold an item and shipped it out but something is wrong with the tracking number says the label was created but it hasn't been shipped. The buyer confirmed he got the item and has left feedback on my page, but the payment is still on hold- where do I go from here? I'm trying to get the buyer to mark the item as delivered but he isn't responding.

Thank you for raising your concern through our community forum.

Sometimes it does have to do with browser we recommend you use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer if you experience the same situation with your current browser. You may want to check also with the buyer how it was sent if its as family and friends or goods and services. If it was sent as goods and services kindly ask them to follow the below steps:

Here's how to confirm you've received an item:

1. Click Activity at the top of the page.
2. Find and click the original payment for the item.
3. Click Confirm receipt.
4. Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.
