I seriously need help! I don't what I'm not understanding but...my paypal says i have no money it to spend. My paypal credit says i do. So which is it? I'm trying to send some of the money to my bank account but it keeps saying i no funds. Yet when i look at paypal credit it says i have plenty of funds. I'm guessing it's linked correctly or they wouldn't show up on the same page. So do i or don't i have to to spend? And if so, why can't i do it? Do i need to change the available funds in paypal? How?
