Does available balance take into account any pending payments made
To clarify. It shows a payment made on the right side of the screen. On the left side, it shows an available amount. Since we don't get a running balance I am trying to determine if the amount of the left side showing available balance takes into account any payments made and listed on the right.
So when I send a payment to someone and it shows pending, is the amount out of my account?
When it shows completed, is the amount out of my account?
