Autoconverting currency issue

Hello all,

I'm having an issue withdrawing money from my PayPal business account. My account is set to use USD as the primary currency because my online business uses USD. I have a USD account with my bank attached to my PayPal and directly to the online store. Because I'm in Canada, now when I try to move money from PayPal to my USD account it is automatically converting the funds to CAD dollars. This adds an unnecessary conversion fee AND makes it impossible for the transaction to complete because my USD account will not accept CAD transfers.

Anyone know I can stop the conversion to CAD? I've looked everywhere and tried to contact PayPal customer service, but because my problem isn't a common one it's impossible to send anything to them.
