I would like to activate the Auto sweep option to be able to receive money from freelancer.com. I tried to contact the customer service here but I cant find any emails for them.

Sorry, it does not help. I tried to call customer service but did find any help.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
