Auto bank transfers

When ever money gets refunded or send to me it automatically goes strait to my bank account how do I stop this so it stays in my PayPal balance

Transfer funds from your bank account to your paypal account and pay the seller from your paypal balance, then it will go back to that balance if refunded as refunds go back to the funding source you used to pay with.
