Attempting to add bank account

So I accidentally just deleted my bank, don't ask why 😂, but now when I try withdraw money it says add bank of course. So I type the details out, same bank I just deleted, and it just says unable please try again later.

Leave PayPal account alone for a few days and then go through the process of linking your bank again via wallet page. Give a few more days time rest as buffer zone so you don't set off the security system and get blocked again, then attempt the withdraw. Your behavior has to be at a "normal" pace with the account. Repeating failed actions will exacerbate things and security system will lock to protect itself, spitting out error messages and for longer. And you don't want to link and confirm bank and then immediately withdraw, that is suspicious behavior for the system and software is running the show and go by algorithms.
