Ask about payment on-hold

Hi Paypal

I have a question. My client sent me the payment and I already provided the status to "shipped". As I got the information from paypal, it only took one day on-hold payment. It is more than 3 days since I processed to update status "shipped". How can I get my money?

Ask sender to do these steps to confirm receipt (may not be available for some countries):

 

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the payment transaction.

 - Click Confirm Receipt.

 - Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

If for some reason, client can't confirm receipt then you must wait 21 days for PayPal to release the funds since there is no tracking number to confirm delivery by PayPal's system.
