Anyone else having trouble connecting IBAN's?

Been needing to withdraw cash for the past week and have been typing in my IBAN every day, straight from my online banking and a bank statement and it keeps switching between; "IBAN is incorrect", "we can't process your request right now" and "please try again later".
I'd be lying if I said I wasn't fuming, I've made sure the IBAN's connected to no other accounts and even went as far as linking my credit card(which I can't get the option to withdraw to on the withdraw page, even after confirming and verifying...)
Help me, stonks are getting upset!
