Paypal is unfairly holding my money The customer is happy. Return time is over. Now PayPal is holding my money until they see a receipt from my supplier. I got my item from an estate sale . How do I show a receipt for that They are trying to steal my money. So it seems. Shouldn't they have asked me that before I sold my item?
