I'm sorry to hear that you're not seeing a payment you expected to see. If you're expecting a payment, please check with the payer to make sure that the correct email address is used with that service so you can receive payment. Additionally, to make sure that you are eligible to receive payments, please let us know what country you're in and we can provide information about whether or not receiving money is possible for accounts in your country.
