Hello, I've sold two items and both of the payments are on hold. Both of the stuff has been delivered with a tracking service. I've contacted paypal and grailed, where I sold the items, and none have replied to me. Also I am not a new seller, I have already sold plenty of stuff and it has never been on hold, at least for this long
