Airbnb host payments

An email, seemingly from paypal has been circulating among airbnb hosts, like myself. The email states that that payments to hosts will have 40% held for at least 30 days. This is supposedly because of the coronavirus. Is there any truth to this?? Thank you inaudible advance for your help, Karen
