I recently received funds on PayPal and soon after I see a transaction called Adjusted Payment negating the funds. My Balance is now 0 and I cannot pay with my PayPal. What can I do to get access to my funds again?
Had something similar to this today. Funds released from a purchase and i go to transfer to my bank (1% fee) and they already had a payment adjustment waiting, they took the money before they give it to me and say they need to find it? Like wtf. They took it before giving it to me and can’t find it? This is pathetic
