Adding user to business account

Hello,

I have added a user to my business account allowing them to make purchases (send money) through PayPal. The problem is that this user is not able to make purchases directly from a shopping cart of a vendor because when prompted to sign into a shopping cart to pay with PayPal one is required to enter a PayPal email address. My user does not have an associated email address, only a PayPal username. Is there any way around this?
