I owed PayPal money when I didn’t have enough in my account they took it into minus figures, I then added the money to my PayPal balance from my account a few days ago and it still hasn’t been added to my balance. Also, PayPal has taken this amount out of my bank account twice and I’m wondering why this has happened. They have taken double what I owed yet my balance hasn’t changed. Why is this?
