Hello, I want to add money from my debit card to my Paypal account.
The advice here says to go Wallet, then Transfer Money.
I'm on Wallet. There is no Transfer Money, but there is a Transfer Funds.
When I click Transfer Funds, it says "There’s nothing to transfer right now. Try again when you have a PayPal balance."
I am in New Zealand on a personal account. How do I add money to my account?
