I need to refund some money from a eBay purchase. When I go to refund some of the purchase amount I get a message saying I need to add funds. I go to my wallet where supposedly there is a add funds option, and there isn't an add funds option. Am I missing something? Or is PayPal lying to me as they usually do when it comes to what I can and cannot do. This is very annoying and I have given up with trying to add funds, guess I'll have to send the buyer a check in the mail for the refund amount. Why does PayPal say they have services they don't offer????
