Adding bank account

With regards to adding a bank account can i use my postal bank account information so i can put money to my paypal acct?

I believe the ability to add funds (top up) into a PayPal account in Israel, is possible with only a linked US bank account.

You are able to add a compatible local bank account, but it may be possible to only use the local bank account as a source to send funds or withdraw funds into.
