I'm trying to add a US Credit card to my payment option. It wont take it as I'm a Canadian. I phoned the[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]number and the agent from India, cannot find my account, does not understand I'm a Canadian and keeps asking for USA social insurance number, a ZIP code etc.
With PayPal being country-specific, you won't have the ability to link a U.S. credit card to a Canadian PayPal account so that may be why you're having problems linking the card. If there's a purchase you're needing to make with this specific credit card, you may want to consider checking out as a guest, so that you won't have to worry about linking the card.
