Hello,
I want to order an item for 20 dollars. I got 2 visa gift cards on my account (they are not bank cards, I don't have a bank account), and one of the gift cards got nearly 20 USD on them (it has 18-19USD left on it).
Now, I want to spend 10 USD from that card and 10 USD from another card, which has more than 50 USD on it.
Is it possible to add 10 USD from one card to my paypal balance, and they use another gift card on checkout, so I will spend 10 dollars from my balance and 10 from a gift card?
Thanks in advance

No. The card has to have enough on it to cover entire purchase or it will decline.
See this page for more about use of prepaid gift cards:

Also it is against PayPal User Agreement to extract funds from cards to the PayPal balance. It will decline or cancel the transaction.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
