I am trying to add my new debit card to my account and it is constantly telling me my card is already registered under another account, but that cant be possible because I just recieved this card in the mail.
I'm sorry to hear that your newly issued card appears to be listed on another person's account. It's possible that another person typed their card number erroneously and has not corrected it. Please contact customer service by phone so your card number can be disclosed securely to a representative, allowing them to search the system to find where the card number has been entered previously. The representative will be able to offer you options at that point.
Click Contact at the bottom of the PayPal website, then Call us, then log in or call as a guest.
