Added funds from a bank account still pending

I added funds from my bank account to my PayPal account as it was negative on the 9th of April, and the money has been charged out of my bank account. PayPal says the estimated date my funds will be "available" is the 11th of April, however this is not the case.

It is now the 14th of April and those funds still have not been added to my PayPal balance and now PayPal is asking me to add my negative balance to the cost of an item I want to buy even though they've already taken that money away from me?? Why are my funds still pending for so long?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
