I'm trying to send a request to transfer money from my joint checking account and am being asked for a "valid phone number." Problem: where do I insert said phone number?
Log out of the app and log on to your PayPal Account at the website and click the wheel icon at the top right side to get to your account settings. There's a spot to add a phone number (land line or mobile). Then verify your phone number where required.
