I need to add my norwegian account however when you try link an account it asks for a sort code and account no and Norwegian accounts do not have this. Can I link a Norwegian account?

PayPal is country specific. UK PayPal accounts can link UK and US bank accounts only.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
