Add cash balance to payment choices

Title says most of it. Currently trying to pay for product/service but Paypal only has my bank account linked as a possible payment

Wallet only shows an add a bank or add a credit card. Have another account and it has cash balance listed as an option and I've used it many times

Please help this should not be this difficult and makes me question using PayPal
