Im trying to add my saving account to my profile to receive money from my sister but every time I try tells me that is unable to add it, i called the banck and they gave me the Route and I place it and then my account number but still cant what can i do???
That's because you can't add local bank accounts to Panama PayPal accounts. Only US bank accounts. You can't withdraw either so if you were to receive money, you have to use it from your PayPal balance. Unless you are a US expatriate living in Panama, PayPal accounts aren't that much useful to local citizens except for buying at PayPal merchants.
