“Add a payment method” pops up every time I log into PayPal using a website to pay

Hello, Having this issue for a while now. Every time I want to do a payment, I need to add a new bank or card. It doesn’t matter whether I already have a bank or card on my account, it keeps asking me to add a bank or card and tells me that if I enter the data of a bank that is already on file on my account that it’s already on my account. “Please add a bank or card to complete your purchase”
